  • Apart from all the benefits of having a building inspection carried out by an independent third-party inspector, you will receive a comprehensive building inspection report which outlines the results for you to keep. If there’s any areas for concern or follow up, we will chat with you to explain the situation and what the next steps are to rectify the situation. You can request a sample report on our contact page through the contact form.

  • We do the following:

  • I, Oliver Shattock am the owner and director. I am a fully qualified and insured building inspector and will be the inspector completing your inspection.

  • Yes, this is critically important to remain partial at all times.

  • No, Building Inspections are not legally required however highly recommended.

  • Absolutely, we encourage it. Please let us know when booking the inspection that you would like to attend.

  • Yes, however every inspection we follow up with a phone call to ensure that you have an understanding of how the inspection went. After receiving the report if there’s any areas of concern that require further clarification which we strongly encourage you to call.

  • It is appreciated that you let us know of your intent to cancel at your earliest opportunity. 

  • Absolutely, please contact us to request a sample report.

  • An invoice will be sent via email where you can pay either via bank transfer, credit card or bringing physical payment to the inspection.

  • Yes, we regularly conduct commercial pre-purchase Building Inspections. Please get in touch further information and pricing.

  • Properties of all sizes, this includes small units & apartments, all the way up to large commercial properties and everything in between.
