The Owner & Operator, Oliver Shattock, has studied a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics (Honours) to qualify himself further to have an extensive knowledge, and hands on experience within the construction industry.

Our building inspection process is simple
[1] Enquire now
Book online or call Oliver on 0434 626 131 for a next-day response. We service all of the Greater Adelaide Region, as far north as the Barossa Valley and as far south as Victor Harbor.
[2] Confirm your inspection
Once your inspection is booked we contact the Real Estate agent to confirm the inspection and arrange access to the property. You will then be notified of the inspection time as we ask clients to meet after the inspection.
[3] Inspect the property
Our team will then conduct an all inclusive property inspection, examining inside and out, from top to bottom, as well as all the hard-to-access areas of the dwelling such as the roof, attic, and crawl spaces.
[4] Get your detailed photographic report
Your detailed photographic report will be sent via email the same day. The reports are made easy to read in a sequential stepped manner, clearly highlighting all the major and minor findings of the property.
[5] Get independent advise for the next steps
Once you have received your report, we will contact you to discuss anything of concern to ensure you have total transparency, and make recommendations for any repairs or remedial works. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any further questions you may have after reading the property report.
